Reservations

Our guests do not need to make reservations to enjoy the wonderful meals that we prepare. Their attire can be formal or casual, and they are more than welcome to bring the entire family when they dine with us.

Reservations are strongly encouraged under only a limited number of circumstances: When dining with us on the evening of a special event being conducted in the Downtown Mobile area, and when dining on a special or commemorative occassion.

Our dining room comfortably seats up to 37 guests. When special events are planned for the downtown area, the dining room at Busaba's Thai Cuisine often fills up fast. Examples of such events are shows and concerts performed at the Saenger Theatre, performances and recitals at the Mobile Opera, the "Festival in the Park" at Bienville Square, and at times when out-of-area conventions are held at the Mobile Convention Center.

We encourage reservations when our guests are celebrating or commemorating special events in their lives. This allows us to have a table available for them, so that their evenings are not ruined or wasted by long waits at the door.

To make a reservation, please telephone us at (251) 405-0044 at least three hours in advance of the desired reservation. You will be required to leave us your name and contact number at the time that the reservations are made.

All reservations will be held for a period of fifteen minutes, to allow for unexpected circumstances. After the fifteen minutes allotted, if the reserving guests have not arrived, their table(s) will be forfeited to the next available guests.

In all cases, reservations are only made available after 3:00 pm, daily. Due to the high volume of business that we do during the normal lunch hours, which last until 3:00 pm, we regret that we cannot make lunch reservations for any of our guests.

We are also unable to allow groups to send a single person ahead to sit at a table, thereby reserving it for them until they arrive. Some of our lunch guests have attempted this technique many times in the past, which prevents us from offering our quality food and services to other potential guests, and causes us to lose business.
